This is the fruit of an alliance between two families devoted and intertwined by their love of traditional products, Viñaspre and Rovira. Headed up by Iñaki and Oriol, the two families have thrown themselves into this project to create a space that encompasses everything from breeding, caring for and feeding the pigs to processing their meat in order to ensure traceability straight to the table at PORK, boig per tu!
